PSS offers the following benefits:
Competitive Salaries and Bonuses - Our
salaries and bonus packages are very competitive and include individual
incentives for most employees.
Self-Directed 401K Plan - Employees
may choose to contribute a percentage of their wages on a pre-tax basis to
PSS’s 401K plan. Upon entry into the plan, individual brokerage accounts are
opened with Dain Rauscher, thereby enabling our employees to tailor their
portfolio to meet personal investment objectives.
Profit Sharing Plan - As part of our
401K plan, PSS also contributes 3% of an employee’s gross wages on an
annual basis.
Phantom Stock Plan - In an effort to
retain talented employees and build our organization long-term, PSG has
implemented a Phantom Stock Plan, which gives eligible employees a financial
stake in the overall growth of the
company.
Paid Time Off - Personal time off is
for employees to take time away from work for any personal business. Personal
time off is accrued on a bi-monthly basis.
Health Coverage - All employees are
eligible for health care coverage through Medica Choice. PSS pays 80% of the
employee premium and 50% of the family premium.
Dental Coverage - Insurance coverage
is provided through Delta Dental. PSS pays 100% of the employee premium and
50% of the family premium.
Short Term Disability - PSS pays 100%
of the premium.
Long Term Disability - PSS pays 100%
of the premium.
Life Insurance - PSS provides a
$50,000 life insurance policy at no cost to our employees.
Pre-Tax Deductions - Employees are given
the option to have medical and dental deductions withdrawn on a pre-tax
basis.
Nine Paid Holidays - 7 observed
holidays plus 2 floating holidays.
