Principals
Roger Olsen, Founder and CEO
Roger founded Productive Software Systems and its sister company Productive
Solutions Group in March 1983. In his role, he is responsible for
establishing the company's strategic business objectives and leading the
management team in achieving corporate goals. In addition to the 23+ years
that Roger brings as a successful entrepreneur, he provides over 15 years
experience in running and maintaining core business applications in a
manufacturing environment. He has also held positions in sales, marketing and
product development. Over the past years, Roger has grown the company and is
working to continue this growth strategy for the future.
